Dynasties of comfort food kings and queens, creepy clowns, perky uniforms – the new Burger Beast Museum is packed with memories no matter what age you are. Burger Beast Sef Gonzalez bought his first piece of burger memorabilia seven years ago and hasn’t stopped scouring the country for symbols of Americana from big (the centerpiece mirror from Trianon Restaurant, donated by Palomilla Grill) to small (matchbooks from long-gone restaurants). It’s a snapshot of South Florida and the United States, lovingly and respectfully curated.

GRAND OPENING: Fri., Dec. 2 noon
The Burger Museum is open from 12-8PM every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children.
