Internationally acclaimed Chef Gastón Acurio’s U.S. restaurants La Mar by Gastón Acurio Miami, La Mar San Francisco, and Tanta Chicago announce a month-long collaborative celebration in July to commemorate Fiestas Patrias Peruanas—Peruvian National Holidays. These holidays honor Peru’s independence from Spain on July 28, 1821 as well as Peru's Armed Forces and National Police on July 29. As ambassadors of Peruvian cuisine and culture, Chefs Diego Oka (Miami), Victoriano Lopez (SF), and Jesus Delgado (Chicago) are celebrating with a month-long special menu of seven dishes featuring creations by each chef plus a cocktail from their respective restaurants. The three locations will offer the menu à la carte for lunch and dinner and as a prix-fixe tasting experience during dinner service.
